First of all, thank so you much for your interest in volunteering! Our next LAUNCH Fundraising Party is quickly approaching and is going to be bigger and better than ever this year. As a volunteer you would play a key wrole in making this year's party an even bigger success.
Benefits of volunteering:
- FREE General Admission to our upcoming LAUNCH event
(with 3+ hrs of volunteer time) - An invitation to the Rob Benzon Volunteer Appreciation Party, which is scheduled soon after our LAUNCH Fundraising Party.
We will have food, drinks and PRIZES! - and of course... GOOD KARMA!
Here are some volunteer areas that we need help with:
Day Before and Day of Set-up:- Food pick-up
- Tables, chairs, etc. set-up
- Silent Auction set-up
- Guest welcoming
- Guest check-in
- Answer questions
- Hand out name tags
- Monitor food & beverage stations
- Respond to any food & beverage issues
- Food pick-up
- Silent Auction set-up
- Monitor auction items & bid sheets
- Encourage guests to bid
- Answer questions
- Help with Silent Auction check-out
- Assist with monetary transactions
- Help with auction item delivery (post-party)
- Check VIP wristbands
- Respond to any VIP Lounge issues
- Answer questions
- Break down tables, chairs, etc.
- Clean up grounds
