First of all, thank so you much for your interest in volunteering! We have great opportunities for you to help with the Rob Benzon Foundation. We have year-round volunteer opportunities, but our primary need for volunteering revolves around our annual LAUNCH fundraising event in July.

Anyone volunteering for 3+ hours will receive General Admission to this year’s LAUNCH event for free.

Our next LAUNCH Fundraising Party is quickly approaching and is going to be bigger and better than ever this year. As a volunteer you would play a key role in making this year’s fundraising party an even bigger success than before.


Volunteer areas where you can help…

 Day Before and Day of the Event Set-up:


  • Food pick-up
  • Tables, chairs, etc. set-up
  • Silent Auction set-up

Front Door/Reception:

  • Greet the guests
  • Reception and guest check-in
  • Answer questions
  • Hand out name tags

Silent Auction:

  • Silent Auction set-up
  • Monitor auction items & bid sheets
  • Encourage guests to bid
  • Answer questions
  • Help with Silent Auction check-out
  • Assist with monetary transactions
  • Auction item delivery (post-party)


  • Break down tables, chairs, etc.
  • Clean up grounds
